Mobile Games as a Tool for Corporate Training and Skill Development
This paper examines the role of multiplayer mobile games in facilitating socialization, community building, and the formation of online social networks. Drawing on social network theory and community dynamics, the research explores the impact of multiplayer mobile games on players' social behavior, including collaboration, communication, and identity formation.
